• Facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Run feasibility study, financial model and financial analysis for any investment opportunity with cost estimates and forecasting;
• Approach the local authority to ensure all the requirements/paperwork has been timely addressed to move the projects forward in the right track;
• Making sure all the projects are managed appropriately (from entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, and construction), with tasks delegated and reviewed where necessary;
• Perform site inspections to identify project status, progress and risk management;
• Manage project budget and timeline for executive approval; manage and report on both throughout the project;
• Assist CFO in client/strategic partner meetings and pitches; and providing strategic advice and proposals;
• Liaise with consultant(s) and internal team to ensure that tax and legal/compliance issue(s) of project are properly resolved;
• Maintain good relationship with strategic partners;
• To perform other assignments as and when requested.
