1. EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS
- Overall responsibility for sales, profit, stock loss, expenses & wages
- Plan the annual budget per store in conjunction with the General Manager
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Merchandise, and Business Development) to develop effective sales strategies
2. INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM
- Lead inspire the team to deliver process efficiencies
- Responsible for developing the best talent with skills to complete the operational job roles
- Set goals, support personal development plans opportunities linked to performance
- Manage the operational training of store processing
- Recognize achievements across all level of employees
- Manage teams adherence to the brand dress grooming standards
- Provide effective leadership to your store operations team / Area Manager
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Support the consistent communication
- Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in all stores, and ensure
customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints.
- Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards and monitor quality of
customer service.
- Observe the standards and provide feedback to Operation executive and Store
managers to take appropriate action at store level.
