+ Key accountabilities
Lead of Trade marketing initiatives to deliver business stratergy / objectives per business calendar.
+ Develop the marketing calendar
+ Develop Innitiatives of trade marketing to recruite and improve consumer off-take
+ Develop and Execute Picture of Succeess to improve market share via ASMPQ metric
Develop sales promotion program to drive Increamental sales/ profit
+ Collect market information about product, service/ promotions program of competitors.
+ Develop, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion/gift for each product in a specific lifecycle period.
+ Collect feedback from sales staff and customers about the sales promotion program.
+ Track and report sales promotion’s expensive.
+ Responsible for POSM production and follow up with agency a quality control.
+ Develop a form to guide the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of sales activation program.
+ Develop all Brief file to Studio for all program
+ Produce weekly / monthly / Quartly report
Budget management / Other development
+ Check, track and control trade marketing budget (including PR follow up/tracking, petty cash management, weekly expenditure tracking & reports, monthly budget vs actual, yearly budget vs actual)
+ Ensure the quality of activities and the compliance of payment process.
