ANNUAL PLAN & CONTROL
- Work with line Manager to get approval yearly operation plan (key activities, budget, headcount,…) for Admin Department
DOCUMENT CONTROL
- Review, recommende filing system for in/out coorespondence, memo, policy, process, procedure
- Review, recommend Admin policies/procedures for the organization
- Ensure all policies and processes are in compliance with the local law and regulation as well as with the Group’s policy
ADMIN BUDGET CONTROL
- Expenses of office are well controlled under budget
EVENT ORGANIZATION
- Source agency, suggest budget, allocate resources for company events
INTERNAL COMMNUNICATION
- Establishes and maintains communication channels both within the organization and between the organization and the external community
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Ensure health & safety in the workplace
- Asset/facility management
Others
- Liaise with accountant to be sure the payment is on time
- Submits reports monthly
- Assigned by Line Manager
