Billing Officer

* Position Summary :
- The Billing Officer is in charged of issueing voucher of duty and tax, COD invoice in daily shift time and monitoring
- Billing system. This role will actively engage in ensuring all billing completed accurately and timely and taking part in month-end closing for import revenue.
* Key Accountabilities (Point Form) :
- Prepare all invoices and mailing to customer on timely basis
- Issue timely COD invoice, government invoice for daily COD shipment, manual bills…
- Daily report of duty and tax, customs fee
- Monthly reconciling duty & tax paid to Customs
- Update payment in ARCS
- Participate in billing closing
- Sort and attache waybill with invoice as required by customer and/or different function
- Update BCR summary by daily for AR reconciliation
- Liaise with Region Helpdesk to solve problems with invoice printing

- Having knowledge in Finance & Accounting
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Knowledge in Ms Access, Ms Excel....Computer literate
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred, example, courier, retail or any
service industry
