Brokerage Rater

- Declare customs for import/ export shipments (translate goods description into Vietnamese, apply HS code, calculate D&T and etc)

- Submit declaration to VNACCS system on time to get customs approval for release

- Work customers to get required information/ document for customs declaration

- Deeply understand customs regulations on import/ export (HS code, government controlled goods and etc) for correct declaration and give consultant to customers when required

- Compile daily report accurately and legibly in order to provide information to management /others for service improvement and operation analysis  

- Verify the correctness of declaration documents and compliance with Government regulations

* REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of import / export

- Experience in VNACCS declaration and have knowledge in Customs Law & Regulations

- 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity

- Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English

- Good computer literacy

- Able to work under pressure

- Hard working, diligent, and self-motivated

- Have teamwork attitude & problem solving skills

- Experience in Brokerage agents is highly appreciated
