* Key Accoutabilities of Sales Support:
- Assist customer Nike (ID & Global) with shipping information, tracking, shipping tool issues and supply materials.
- Make daily pre-alert pick-up NikeiD shipments report and weekly reports
- Monitor ERN (Exception Resolution Notification) of Nike ID everyday
- Monitor the customer request and cooperate timely with sales to solve.
- Closely monitor ID shipments on yearly peak season with region and update resolution way at origin to release shipment to overseas, then region check and instruct the better one(if any).
- Assist relevant departments the necessary info of shipments timely for export/import shipment, pick up problem, tracer investigation, freight collect reversal…
- Assist region solution team when they need necessary info from customer/ UPS VN or check and advise customer if any problems.
- Pick-up scheduled online when Account Executive request.
- Some admin works: SLIM, taxi report for BDM, business card requisition, birthday cake, stationary…
