- Assist Supervisor in ensuring department goals are met
- Recommend solutions and service recovery to service concerns/problems
- Responsible in deploying staffing when necessary
- Ensure high service level when responding to customer’s enquiries
- Capable of handling and providing solutions to customer’s complaints timely and accurately
- Able to coordinate with relevant departments (e.g. Center, Hub, Brokerage, etc.) effectively
- Assist Supervisor in maintaining department procedures
- Assist to lead the group in day to day operations
- Assist to lead the group in the absence of the Supervisor
- Compile daily statistic reports
- Handle inbound calls where required to stay current with customer expectations
- Take escalated calls
- And any other duties assigned from time to time
