Admin Officer Cum Damage/ Loss Investigator

- To investigate and resolve customer issues for missing delivery or exception information, lost packages, damaged and disputes on delivered packages
- Communicate with internal and external customers on Claims, Tracing and undelivered packages and in the areas of resolving international shipment problems, providing timely tracing information regarding the movement of shipments and supplying international data to the relevant entities
- Conduct courteous and effective Consignee and Shipper interviews
- Provide support on security matters related to the Vietnam  facilities
- Produce, review and analyze weekly and monthly reports, including weekly security highlights and country security weekly synopsis.
- Liaise externally with outside Security vendors and Government agencies. Monitor and ensure that all vendors’ contract renewals are processed for approval on timely manner (avoid late renewals).
- Update & modify operations within the facilities’ periodically in accordance with change of Security procedure or internal / external requirements
- Handle the issuance of photo batch IDs (4 center: Cong Hoa, Binh Duong, TECS, and record filing.
- Conduct various Security Audits

- Fresh graduate is accepted

- Ability to pull, read, interpret, sort and analyze reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Excellent communication skills and follow up skills
