Responsible for managing, training & developing employees of department, building plans & managing execution of the Company Marketing strategies to increase sales revenue & customer satisfaction, to increase business performance of the Company, details: focus on growth marketing, funnel strategist, growth hack new channel, follow strategic: 40% commercial – 60% customer acquire.
1. Growth:
• Build and optimize a digital insurance platform, working collaboratively with teams across the organization to bring new digital e-commerce insurance products to the market
• Lead management - Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities and constantly iterate on improving lead operations
• Sales enablement – Join forces with sales team to provide the right materials, training and tools they need to convert leads
• Measure multitouch attribution across channels and use results to maximize customer growth vs. budget goals
• Obsess over user experience, customer experience and conversion optimization to deliver an exceptional purchase journey
• Execute a multi-channel direct-to-consumer digital marketing and channel sales strategy
• Effectively use data to understand behavior, optimize conversions and generate sales
• Drive operational efficiencies and automation across different teams’ activities in the business
• Build and operate execution of marketing strategies for long term, mid-term, and short term.
• Build, manage & optimize marketing budget & expenses.
• To formulate and manage effective marketing action plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives/ targets within the agreed budget.
• To manage and work closely with agency and internal team on the project of activation in online & offline channel to create the highest standard of marketing campaigns.
• Reporting on campaign performance, marketing, and impact on sales. Manager and control budget allocation, channels, message, and customer targeting.
• Work with suppliers to optimize efficiency.
• Developing and executing online strategies and tactics including SEO, online ads, display marketing and landing page optimization, as well as other digital tactics like content generation, video, and social media and email marketing in order to drive brand identity and program awareness, sales revenue increasing;
• Manage communication activities: PR, Ads, Promotion Ads, Branding, Co-Marketing to increase awareness of company brand, promotion, products/services…
• Support & improve customer experience via live chat, email, hotline; Establish and ensure a strong platform for CRM Program.
• Carry out market survey, develop advertising programs and tools at points of sales (signboards, product display, POSM…).
• Performing other tasks assigned by Director.
2. Brand:
• Build BOO brand awareness strategies for long term, mid-term and short term by assessing the market characteristics, competition and pricing strategy in order to pursue higher sales turnover and profit margins;
• Build, manage & optimize brand development budget & expenses.
• Build and manage action plans/ marketing calendar to ensure the brand objectives and consumer engagement activities are achieved;
• Handle communication between agencies and other inter-departmental functions to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed and Brand programs are effectively implemented in the field force.
• Monitor external agencies to ensure day-to-day activities related to Brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales as defined in operational brand plan.
• Support the definition of brand vision, strategy positioning and marketing mix including product specification and communications, in line with brand strategies.
• Analyze market research data to understand Brand issues, customer’s need and market trend/ opportunities; Actively generate valuable feedback to ensure building market share and brand awareness.
• Prepare documents for Brand projects and brand performance are on time in full.
• Track and monitor brand implementation, performance from both internal & external available resources to ensure agreed brand activities are effectively executed and brand issues to be fully captured.
• Monitor and analyze competitors, including price, promotion, new products and merchandising;
• To work closedly with Trade Marketing team & VM team in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool.
