- Ensure that all employees, teachers (local & foreign) and contracted staff receive remuneration (salary, allowance, bonus) accurately and on a timely basis.
- Ensure that the operation of personal income tax of employees, teachers (local & foreign) is in accordance with the regulations and Company’s policies including registration, contribution, reporting by monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Ensure that the operation of social insurance, health insurance, work insurance is in accordance with the regulations and Company’s policies including registration, contribution, reporting, claim.
- Ensure that all personnel information is recorded sufficiently, accurately and updated in the database on a timely basis.
- Equip all new local staff with on-board procedures, guidelines, and appropriate HR administrative procedures are promptly applied in case of promotion, transfer, contract renewal, probation end, resignation, termination, etc…
- Ensure work insurance and health insurance claims for Vietnamese staff are paid opportunely and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Conduct the procedures related to the resignation, clearance of termination to staff timely, expeditiously and accurately.
- Make monthly remuneration reports, insurance reports to ensure payments are carried out properly and are controlled.
- Actively provide necessary supports to HR projects in order to achieve overall HR objectives under the job holder’s responsibility and capacity.
