Software Developer Team Leader

- To lead the software development team within the Company. To build, develop, and maintain business applications for the company.To lead the development and lifetime maintenance of School Management System (SMS) software.
- Involve in the development of applications/web systems based mainly on Microsoft .NET & SQL Server technology.
- Provide technical & analytical support to identify requirements and develop qualified functionalities/projects.
- Plan for developing tasks, make reports to project managers, adhere to delivery schedules.
- Involve in monitoring, enhancing system performance, user experience.
- Work closely with peers in the business to fully understand the business process and requirements
- Show flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business.
- Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your manager or senior management

- University/College Graduate in IT
- A relevant professional qualification in Software Development
* Experience:
- 5+ years of software development experience in objected oriented languages like C# MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
* Skills:
- At least 3 years of team leader
- Familiar with these framework: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS
- Experienced in an education environment is an advantage.
- Experienced to develop an application in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
- Experienced in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Strong knowledge/experience in one of the following DBMS: SQL Server.
- Ability to analyse requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development
- Knowledge of project management techniques and software for tracking project progress
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skill and ability to apply business logic into software development.
- Work well under pressure
- Good communication skills and attention to details
- A versatile attitude with an ability to work with various internal clients and projects.
