- Arranging teachers’ schedule.
- Arranging exam schedule.
- Observing and evaluating teacher’s teaching.
- Giving induction to new/inexperienced teachers.
- Handling all issues related to teachers at the center.
* Academic Affairs Coordinator and Teaching Assistant Management
- Evaluating working performance of AA.C and TA.
- Supervising AA.C and TA in planning and tutoring students.
- Training teaching methods and classroom management for Academic Affairs Coordinator and Teaching Assistant Management
* Teaching and Academic Affairs
- Teaching 25 hours per month.
- Involving in planning and implementing academic activities at the center.
- Being examiners if required.
- Observing and evaluating students’ performance.
- Tutoring students.
- Other tasks as required.
