Role & Responsibilities:
As an affiliate marketing manager, you will be responsible for handling the business relationships between an OneClickMoney and CPA networks (affiliates), ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
Duties:
● Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
● Maintain direct communication with affiliates and provide performance feedback
● Daily monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, suggest ways to increase affiliate performance
● Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on

Requirement:
● Driven and results-orientated
● Analyze and manage metrics well
● A good understanding of Google Analytics
● Proven record in negotiation and management in the online sales area
● Clear understanding what are LTV, CTR, CR, AR, etc are and how to measure that;
● Previous experience in the Affiliate network will be an advantage.
● English - (no less than Intermediate)
