Accounts Receivable Clerk

Pan Pacific Hanoi is looking for Accounts Receivable Clerk
• To ensure proper review of credit worthiness of hotel’s potential customers and existing customers
• To lead and to ensure smooth operation of the Account receivable sections namely timely invoicing, timely follow-up, timely receive of payment and timely update of collections
• To follow-up on the collection of Accounts Receivable regularly
• To report to the Credit & AR supervisor on all matters affecting credit and collection.
• Ensures the prompt dispatch of credit card charges to all credit card companies
• To control recording, posting and balancing all advance deposits

Requirements:
- Good command of English
- Minimum of six months of experience in similar positions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Computer proficiency and good numerical skill. Knowledge of Opera is a definite asset.
