Service One Agent

Position summary statement:
To ensure that all the Hotel and guest’s telecommunication are handled promptly & efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all calls are handled promptly and efficiently by the operators at all time.
• Assist in answering of all incoming, house calls and as well as out-going calls
• Take orders in Room Service/in Room Dinning. Pay attention to orders, and know the menu thoroughly.
• Keep Service One Room is clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure that all telephone lines & equipment are in good working condition
• Check the TV & music system
• Check with FD if theres any group arrives or return and ask for guest’s list then update PA18
• Assist FD prepares group arriving next day
• Check mail. Check and make sure all information delivered to the team.
• Handling wake up calls

Talent Profile:
• Have good communication skill and pleasant personalities.
• Have good spoken and written English skill. A third language is preferable.
• Must be familiar with the facilities, operation hours and services in the hotel
• Must have good knowledge of all room types, layout, amenities, and room rates.
• Must be familiar with the local areas/places of interest, shopping, etc.
• Must have full knowledge of the hotel’s emergency policies and procedures.
