FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Leading Training function with high standard in assigned locations by:
Manage, develop and coach trainers.
Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggesting innovations for up-to-date training culture.
Lead employee training program to ensure staff could adapt with company’s growth.
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
80 % Training
1. Lead training function to meet company growth and ensure it aligns with company culture.
2. Based on training needs analysis, plan training programs of the company to give training and development opportunities to all staff.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest innovations and/or continuous training to ensure training standard.
4. Evaluate and coach trainers and facilitators to develop trainer pool for company.
5. Take lead with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants with updated information.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
Ensure 80% good evaluation of all courses.
Ensure 100% new staff join “3 days of culture”.
Maximize the capacity of training team to conduct “3 days of culture” and “soft skill course” to give benefit to as many employees as possible.
Lead the team to build new soft skills courses every quarter.
15 % Promote company culture
1. Assist to promote the culture of self-motivated learning in the company.
2. Assist in developing managers, supervisors, employees through training program.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
95% managers in assigned location are trained Performance Review Program.
95% managers in assigned locations join Manager Best Practices Program.
5 % Other assignments
1. Handle/ Support ad-hoc projects, or other assignments as per request.

100% assignments are completed as per deadline with good quality.
