FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
We’re looking for a talented designer with a user-focus mindset, who is passionate for all things digital and constantly keeping an eye on the latest social trend & emerging technology. This driven individual is someone who’s motivated to contribute not only beautiful graphics but also fresh perspectives to a multidisciplinary Creative Production team. He or she can identify the core message and visually bring it to life; moving quickly from thinking to making and adapt well in a fast-paced environment. In this role, he/she will thrive on collaboration, and can see opportunity in every task on the way.
REPORTS TO: CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A.80% Design execution for in-house & corporate brands
1. Work with Art Director, Content team, Brands, Performance team to understand the
project scope and objectives, provide time estimates for each tasks given
2. Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
3. Create effective, trendy and on-brand design for websites, landing pages, social media
platform and other digital medium.
4. Produce highly engaging motion graphics and animated banner ads/ social media posts
5. Work with Developers and Performance team to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with
usability, accessibility, and digital standards.
6. Provide design support to other business lines/ corporate brands to create product
graphics, motion graphics or other similar offline graphics.
7. Encoding, converting and editing videos, adding effects/ elements/ motion graphics to
enhance video content
8. Other duties as assigned.
B.20% Collaboration with external stakeholders
1. Work with agencies, production house, vendors in cross-function collaborative
projects.
