Teacher Quality Assurance Operator

Kidtopi is a start-up project focus on the development of online learning for young learners in Vietnam. Changing the traditional English learning paradigm, Kidtopi mission is to connect young learners 1:1 with Native English teachers around the world through their innovative and dynamic online platform. Kidtopi’s goal is to educate young learners today to be Global Citizens and provide skill sets necessary for the 21st century.
We are looking to fill our Teacher Quality Assurance Operator position on Kidtopi’s Teacher Team. By joining the Teacher Team, you will work alongside creative and strategic thinkers who operates in a fast pace environment. You will be a part of a dynamic team who is able to flex between roles and provide support for each other when needed. You will immediately have hands-on experience and be able to grow professionally and personally.

Thời gian làm việc: Giờ hành chính từ 8h30 - 18h00 Thứ 2 đến Thứ 7
Operation Activities
• Conduct interviews with teachers and convert them
• Conduct mock classes and evaluate teaching skills and attitude
• Provide teacher training
• Work and communicate with mentors
• Observe class and communicate with teachers with any issues
• Evaluate teacher quality in each class
• Provide support service for teacher
• Collect feedback from parents and other teams and report
Development Activities
• Participate in referral marketing projects / programs in coordination with R&D, product, marketing departments to improve product and service quality
• Develop strategic partnerships with US elementary schools and offline educational institutions about STEAM

Qualification and Requirement
• Must have or equivalent to IELTS 6.5 - 7
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education
• Good in written and oral communication (both English and Vietnamese)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the education field
• Efficient with Microsoft and Google drive
Offer Salary
• salary from 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND / month according to experience
• Overtime modes: 150% off-hours and 200% on weekends, 300% on Tet holidays (Optional)
