You will belong of the Central Supply Chain department, and you will be directly link to the Supply Chain Manager of the country. Your role will be to support SC manager to provide improvement of supply chain to our 4 factories and 10 warehouses in Vietnam and Cambodia by building an Automated ERP order flow management.
Your principal mission will be to: Implement an efficient workflow on the ERP (Navision /Microsoft Dynamics) from sales orders administration to manufacturing planning in order to improve overall downstream supply Chain.
According to the success of this project, you may take over the position of Planning Manager as key role in the Supply Chain team.
* This project will have some major phases:
1. Make an inventory of the existing methods and make overall flowchart and propose an action plan
- Sales orders, distribution orders
- Identify current good practices concerning ERP uses
- Understand platform procurement calculation method
- Build an action plan to implement best practices
- Set up Navision with key parameters
2. Implementation (first pilot sites and then expand the method)
- Platforms/Internal Flows
- Downstream (from Neovia facilities to customers)
- Upstream from Supplier to Neovia facilities
- Production Planning
* Main Duties:
- Cross animation of teams to gather all required information (forecast, orders, production capacity)
- Successfully implement Fully Automated order management process on pilot sites/platform
- Train key users with good practices
- Spread the method to all Vietnam Sites
- Sales forecasts ERP module to be implemented on operational basis
- Need automated calculation
- Procurement planning automated calculation
- Inventory management rules to implement
- Production planning proposal
- Build data report from ERP for all different key users of this order flow, most especially for supply chain manager
