- Establish and control the production process at the factory

- Supervise the quality inspection of products in the production process.
- Coordinate with the Quality Management Department to take corrective and preventive measures for inappropriate products of the factory.
* Equipment
- Control the operation of production equipment
- Coordinate with the maintenance department, implement inventory control, planning the order of supplies and materials replacement periodically in the production process.
- Exchange with maintenance to plan maintenance and repair of machinery timely.
- Manage the entire system of machinery, electricity, water in the factory.
- Manage consumption, materials, equipment for production.
* Labor safety
- Supervise the implementation of regulations on labor safety, food hygiene and safety, labor discipline, fire prevention and fighting against employees and subcontractors when coming to the factory.
- Implement and maintain 5S implementation at the factory.
* Employee management
- Validate timekeeping for employees at the factory: According to the cost list and monthly salary table sent to staff by the 5th and 21st of each month.
- Recruiting and training new employees.
- Evaluate, promote and discipline all employees in the factory
- Assign and set up a job description for the head of shift, team leaderr and worker
* Other tasks
- Perform periodic reports: energy consumption, report on the efficiency of the equipment, report the time running, report labor accidents, energy consumption, OMI, manufacturing shrink. Etc. . .
- Analyze, evaluate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or issues related to production.
Manage documents, materials, reports of the department in accordance with ISO procedures.
