- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Increase brand awareness & market share
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, and others
- Track farmer, distributor and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, margins, pricing and distribution
- Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
- Work closely with departments such as manufacturing and R&D, Commercial to consult on package and product as it relates to branding
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and influencers.
Be in charge of marketing budget administration according to Activity Plan.
