Senior Product Specialist (Cash Loan)

Senior Product Specialist is responsible for participating in and supporting development and effective management and enhancement of cash loan products and their marketing mix (product parameters and process, price, promotions and place) and formulating and achieving cash loan product’s strategic and financial objectives (budget, sales plan, profitability, product KPI’s, CBA, etc.
Be responsible for participating in and supporting development, management and enhancement of cash loan products (entire cash loan lifecycle from planning via concepts, phasing out the cash loan products to concrete sales and marketing activities) to achieve company over-all strategic, business and financial goals.
Defines, monitors and manages cash loan profitability, KPIs, NPS and reporting.
Monitors end-to-end cash loan processes, identifies and initiates improvements/simplifications in processes in cooperation with other relevant internal departments and/or external partners.
Cooperates with Risk, Operations and IT Departments to find best methods and approaches to deliver credit offers, credit initiation and lending capabilities to potential and existing customers (necessary to deliver on both growth and customer experience).
Initiates and cooperates with Sales Training team on preparation of trainers (train the trainer approach), cash loan training materials, training courses and sales tools, etc.
Provides technical cash loan help desk/support service to other relevant company departments, to partners and customers. Addresses and solves all issues and complaints related to cash loan products.

University Degree (Marketing, Economics & Finance or Banking)
At least 1 year experience in product development and product management position in a Consumer Finance foreign company or a Bank
Loan consumer finance or banking experience with a good perspective of the consumer or cash loan products, processes, pricing, technologies, etc./
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to products and processes
Customer-value/service and problem-solving oriented
Project management and planning skills
Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
Be willing to work in team environment
Enable to work under the pressure
Open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working, persistent, highly trustworthy, loyal
Excellent at communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and verbal that will ensure all materials, reports and presentations are clear, concise, and convincing
Computer literacy – highly proficient in MS Office for the purpose of creating visually and verbally engaging materials, reports and presentations and in Analytical systems to evaluate cash loan performance
Willing to travel occasionally
