REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A. Need-to-have Knowledge & Skills:
• BA degree, with a minimum of 5 years Talent Acquisition experience of which 1 years will have been in a management role.
• Basic knowledge on consumer finance industry
• High level of English proficiency

• Khả năng triển khai các chiến lược, chính sách, chương trình, kế hoạch trong tuyển dụng / Ability to deploy talent acquisition strategies, policies, program and action plans
• Excellent in PC skills (MS windows, Excel, MS office etc…);
• Well-prioritized & organized.
• Good sourcing and approaching skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Problem solving & decision making skill
• Experience in project management (knowledge of formal methods for project planning, monitoring etc…) is an advantage.
