Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
Assist Chief HR Officer in attracting and supplying sufficient workforce for the consumer finance project to ensure the talent acquisition activities are in compliance with the CFD’s business strategies and objectives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Personnel Requisition:
• Check Personnel Requisition Form from other departments to make sure all positions are in compliance with company budget & personnel need from time to time;
• Follow up timeline in Requisition Form in order to fulfill business personnel needs;
• Follow and check headcount in recruitment to make sure all positions are in approved budget;
• Manage and guide other departments to update the Job Description when they have personnel requisition.
2. Manage Hiring Process:
• Manage all recruitment activities of Company including preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and other related jobs
• Manage all admin tasks within recruiting process: making offer letter, guide the candidates to fill in information form and submit personal document;
• Follow up and filing recruitment document and potential CV for future using;
• Build networks to find qualified candidates through headhunters, recruitment agencies, universities, job fairs to seek qualified candidates.
3. Manage Probationary period:
• Co-ordinate with Learning & Organization Development in arranging orientation program, introduce company’s policies and labor code for new employees;
• Work with Department Heads/Line managers of new employees to guide them job requirements;
• Make weekly/monthly recruitment report.
4. Develop Employer Branding:
• Co-opporate with Internal Communication and other relevant sections in building up Employer Branding through the development of career website, sourcing of online and offline channels to attract qualified candidates and to become a choice of employees
5. Participate in other relevant projects assigned by CHRO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A. Need-to-have Knowledge & Skills:
• BA degree, with a minimum of 5 years Talent Acquisition experience of which 1 years will have been in a management role.
• Basic knowledge on consumer finance industry
• High level of English proficiency

• Khả năng triển khai các chiến lược, chính sách, chương trình, kế hoạch trong tuyển dụng / Ability to deploy talent acquisition strategies, policies, program and action plans
• Excellent in PC skills (MS windows, Excel, MS office etc…);
• Well-prioritized & organized.
• Good sourcing and approaching skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Problem solving & decision making skill
• Experience in project management (knowledge of formal methods for project planning, monitoring etc…) is an advantage.
