JOB OVERVIEW
Assist Chief HR Officer in supplying sufficient workforce and build, implement all HR policies, procedure for in-charge departments to ensure the HR activities are in compliance with the CFD’s business strategies and objectives.
1. HR operation services:
• Co-ordinate with relevant functional teams in monthly hiring plan and fulfillment to ensure supplying sufficient manpower for all positions of in-charge departments as well and are in approved budget.
• Co-ordinate with relevant functional teams in Analyse turover rate regurlarly (per month/quarter/year) and provide recommendation for recruitment enhancement and staff retention.
• Co-ordinate with training teams in building and arranging orientation program for new hires of incharge Departments
2. Employee relations:
• Consult policies and suggest compensation & benefit regimes for in-charged functional Departments to ensure internal equity, compliance with company policies and maintain competition on the market;
• Guide in-charged functional Departments all policies and procedures related to reward regimes, kind of penalties or discipline disposing to ensure in compliance with the applicable law and company’s policies;
• Provide timely and quality ideas for personnel issues, support managers and employees all personnel issues related to business;
• Support in implementing personnel innovation useful for strategies and company business.
• Co-ordinate with relevant functional teams in build up, implement and communicate all company’s policies & procedures related to human resources to employees;
• Ensure employees compliance with company’s policies and procedures;
• Co-ordinate with Trade Union to conduct activities, programs related to employee benefits and labor discipline.
3. Personnel data management:
• Manage employees database of in-charged functional Departments/ Sections during probationary period, ensure all information is recorded and updated completely;
• Manage employees’ profile & labor contracts of mass positions employees during probationary period.
• Work with Department Heads/line managers of new employees to guide them job requirements, which will be used to evaluate probation period, manage employee probation period;
• Make weekly/monthly headcount and turnover report.
4. Participate in other relevant projects assigned by CHRO.
