Senior IT Architecture (Vmware)

JOB OVERVIEW:
Senior IT Architecture is responsible for proposing the design of the technical architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas. In addition, He / She will work with relevant departments to ensure technical architecture, documentation and roadmap aligning with strategic business objectives. The incumbent will also participate in projects requiring architectural role alongside with other IT teams and business functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to and responsible for IT infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center operation, network & voice communication.
• Contribute to technical design process.
• Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions.
• Acts as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.
• Architecture review of current technology and development of proposed technology solutions.
• Advises rest of IT teams on the technology standard requirements, methodology and processes.
• Participate in developing short & long term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio.
• Participate in developing enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms.
• Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions
• Communicate and collaborate with other IT teams for configuration and troubleshooting

Qualification & experience
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional IT certifications in the server, storage, networking, and virtualization technology is a plus.
• Proven experience in understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, security, data, integration and applications layer.
• At least 3 years of proven experience from similar position
Knowledge & Skills
• Must have a thorough knowledge of the Windows concepts, Domains, Active Directory and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data center, and application software, Linux and Unix.
• Strong working knowledge of VMware or other virtual software.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, microservice, etc.
• Hiểu biết sâu về TCP, IP và các giao thức mạng khác. Quen thuộc với DNS, DHCP và các dịch vụ mạng khác. / Deep understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other network services.
• Có kiến thức quản lý một trung tâm dữ liệu về các lãnh vực giám sát hệ thống, lập kế hoạch năng lực và điều chỉnh hiệu suất là một lợi thế. / Knowledge of managing a data center in terms of systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning is a plus.
• Có khả năng hoạt động trong một môi trường có nhịp độ phát triển nhanh và các nhiệm vụ ưu tiên phù hợp, và bám sát công nghệ mới nhất. / Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
• Nói và viết tiếng Anh thông thạo. / Fluent in English both spoken and written
