California Fitness & Yoga is looking for 2 Regional Fitness Manager (1 based in HCMC and 1 based in Ha Noi).
FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
Managing club KPI in the district, solving PT customer service issue, increasing year on year revenue, developing new manager, recruiting good manager.
REPORTS TO: Director of Fitness/VP of Fitness
50% Production:
- Ensure the Region has 100% compliance of etiquette, rules and policies as set by company.
- Meet revenue target set by company
- Meet production appointment target set by company
- Meet average session service target set by company
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by maintaining no lower than 90% with our mystery member program.
- Strategically move staff within Regional to maximize their performance
- Utilizing PT CRM to manage club KPIs in the Regional
- Create and give idea for PT Marketing
- Performing club audit minimum 1 per week then submit to VP/Director of Fitness and HR.
- Building good relationship all the member and club staff
- Participate in a daily conference call with VP/Director of Fitness
- Develop minimum 3 to 4 Fitness Manager
- Performing weekly Regional performance review
- Increasing year on year club revenue base on VP expectation.
20% Recruitment
- Recruit District/Fitness Manager, Master Trainer and PTs for in-charged clubs.
20% Training and Development:
- Ensure 100% participate all training set by company
- Provide and share good experience to all team player.
- Assist and guiding all team player.
- Doing weekly training to District Fitness
- Training , coaching and develop staff from PT up to District Fitness Manager level

KPI:
- Regional production appointment average minimum at 2 per trainer/day
- Regional session service average minimum at 4 session per PT/day
- No refund case or not more than 1% of club Regional revenue
- Meet Regional revenue target minimum 80%
- Provide sale training and soft skill training to the team minimum 1 per week
- Develop minimum 3 to 5 District Fitness Manager, develop staffs to become senior staff minimum at 70% in each club.
- Meet staffing level set by company
