Personal Assistant To Chief Creative Director

The Personal Assistant will provide executive-level support to the Chief Creative Director (C.C.D) on a day-to-day basis, to enable maximization and efficiency of the CCD’s time management. Support the CCD in all aspects of creative, marketing, design and personal duties including but not limited to:
• Assist with /MBOs + KPIs tracking – weekly report & updates.
• Liaison on job request between Marketing & Creative team.
• Support CCD in researching supplier market’s information.
• Provide document translations or act as a translator if requested.
• Arrange and manage meetings and all scheduled events on the calendar.
• Manage staff contact information, schedule of events or workshops, and process payment, contracts and travel requests if requested.
• Arrange social, team building events when required.
• Manage Creative team’s administrative duties - ticket/hotel booking, payment request, etc.
• Coordinate the flow of all paperwork sent for approval to the CCD.
• Other tasks assigned by CCD.
Reports to: Chief Creative Director (expat)

• Prefer female (local candidates) with at least 1-2 year experience in admin/ assistant
• Advanced English skills.
• Attention to detail + highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & prioritize competing responsibilities in order to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to be extremely confidential in all personnel and budgeting data.
• Ensure high level of confidentiality towards staff personal information, staff compensation plan as well as company plan.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, well-presented.
• Highly motivated, enjoy working as part of a growing team.
• Willingness to be flexible, adaptable to the ongoing needs of the CCD and the company.
