* Qualification & experience
- College/University Degree, major: Banking, Finance, economic, or relating areas.
- Prefer 01 years’ experience working in quality assurance, quality control positions, preferably in banking or financial institution or insurance.
- Understand of consumer finance process, procedure.
- Understand of consumer finance product and service.
* Knowledge & Skills
- Ability in managing and controlling operations quality.
- Good understanding of consumer finance services, processes and products.
- Strong verbal & oral communication skill.
- Strong interpersonal skill & ability to interact with various departments.
- Ability to work as individual and as team member also.
