JOB OVERVIEW
Online Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp online user behavior trends and generate creative ideas. This position should also be well-versed in specialized content marketing development, social media strategy and tactic. Be a key role of the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for effectiveness/profitability of all online marketing activities through ROI evaluation
- Monitor the sales result to have a proper/prompt action on sales status/performance
- Design and execute online campaigns/projects including marketing database, email, social media and product promotion/display advertising campaigns
- Produce content and copy for variety of efforts (e.g. SEO strategies, paid media campaigns, social media and community engagement, brand positioning, websites, email marketing)
- Evaluate online marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, media campaign reporting tools or third party social media tools (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram…)
- Manage and update company’s website, Facebook fan page, campaign’s subpages
- Monitor customer/user’s reaction through social listening to avoid online media crisis.
- Monitor and optimize spend and performance based on the customer’s online reaction
- Optimize, track, and analyze the websites performance and digital channels (Facebook, Youtube, …) to acquire business prospects.
- Monitor industry developments and competitors products/activities to identify opportunities to drive new customer/user growth
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to execute online promotional events and campaigns
- Monitor and update the online marketing budget’s expenditure
- Undertake individual tasks of an online marketing plan as assigned
