Mid/ Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Mid/ Senior Graphic Designer for brand California Fitness & Yoga.
Working location: Goldview Building (District 4)
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES:
• A naturally creative and professional individual whose passion is design and live for the creative!
• Responsible for creating high impact key visuals, innovative design solutions and collateral support
• Always ensure “high response” and “high brand” executions
• Work assignments to designers with clear outcome
• Provide motivation and leadership qualities to all teams
• Work closely with Chief Creative Director and Art Director to ideate and manage projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
60% CREATIVE WORK EXPECTATIONS
• Able to work under pressure while creating new designs for internal & external needs – marketing/advertising campaigns
• A keen knowledge of the graphic design industry, it’s latest trends and the creative movement happening around us
• Possess a good understanding of a wide range of creative medium, including photography, graphic design, print, digital & multi-media
Key Performance Indicator:
• Weekly team meeting
• Meeting all deadline assignments
• Enable sharing of new ideas and techniques with team
• Generate strong key visuals for each assignment
• Final products help contribute to reaching/increasing company’s revenue
40% PROJECT MANAGING & EXECUTION
• Manage design projects from concept to completion and make adjustments for changes in timelines, deadlines, inventory
• Collaborate with designers, coordinators, brand managers and staff from other departments to make all requests clear when sent to design team
• Must communicate in a professional manner to all team members with respect and understanding for constructive criticism
• Possess good communication skills in English
• Always trying to better own knowledge of design and self-improvement
Key Performance Indicator:
• 90% final products meet required deadlines
• Positive responses from own team and other departments
• Ability to integrate socially with all team members regardless of ranks
• Recheck all work including spelling/grammar before handling work in

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Graduated from College, University or Trade School
• Must have at least 4 to 5 years of professional work experience
QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design package
• Bonus in web, mobile & digital media designs
• Bonus personal skills include ability to sketch, draw
• Able to work independently in a deadline-sensitive and fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative leader with strong craft skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Must have 2 portfolios: professional accomplished works + personal sketch or art book
