Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer

Currently, we are looking for Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer for new development of in-house business systems and services.
Position Summary: To provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX application as well as knowledge of development technologies and environments and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Responsibilities
● Consults on ERP projects including implementations, upgrades, and/or extension of existing applications
● Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
● Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
● Is responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements
● Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application.)
● Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
● Working on full life-cycle implementations of AX solutions: from analysis customer business requirements to onsite support.
● Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics AX capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects
● Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation
● Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
● Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources
● Leading workshops and meeting during the implementation periods
● Quality Assurance and Testing.
● Document business requirements, user guide, test script, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or IT Software development certificate
● Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificate is preferred
2. Experience:
● Good software programming skill, comprehensive language SQL, C# (MUST)
● Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including core features, customization on forms, workflow, plugins (MUST)
● Familiar Software Implementation Methodology, Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development (MUST)
● Has experience with WCF, Web Services implementation and web development with Microsoft technologies (MUST)
● Having knowledge of Database Systems Analysis and Design.
● Optimize coding to improve performance and clearly.
● Finance / Accounting background is a plus.
● Understanding of Network and OS
3. Knowledge & Skills:
● Microsoft Dynamics CRM
● Microsoft SQL Server
● .NET technology (XML, Web Services…)
● SSRS reports
● Visual Studio
