Marketing Operations Executive

REPORTS TO: Marketing Operations Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities within the club
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with club field teams
- Check club collaterals and report on time to ensure they are up to date & in good status
- Process club’s requests by field team in the most effective and fastest way
- Coordinate with Marketing team members to support each other and maintain a good working environment while making sure all clubs are at their best
- Support Marketing Operations Manager for other marketing & reporting tasks

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- University/ College degree in marketing, communication or related fields
- At least 1 – 3 year experience in marketing, admin, member relations or similar
- Well organized, good at time management, can do multitasks
- Caution/integrity
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good at English and communication skill
- Good at problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company, vendors, guests and members
- Possess a true willingness to help people
- Understanding of and enjoyment from delivering promotions, events
- Desire to learn and grow personally and professionally
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles
- Responsive and well maintain of value chain in each task
