FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:
- Managing payroll & commission calculation & payment;
- Managing employee advance & claim;
- Managing cash payment
- Managing PIT
REPORTS TO: Chief Accountant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
60% Payroll management
- Manage monthly payroll, commission, PIT calculation as per company policy & meet payment
deadline
- Check & process cash payment upon presentation of proper documents
- To be in charge of employee advance & claim; staff allowances
- Other assignment from Finance Director & Chief Accountant
20% Book keeping
- Manage booking of monthly salary & expenses relating to people cost such as PIT, SI & HI,
accrued bonus, allowances in accounting software
- Reconcile cash book at end of month
- Monthly PIT report
15% Administration
- Filing every related supporting documents;
- Team work
- Ad-hoc (if any)
