Salary range: up to 25 million VND
MAJOR TASKS
1/ Prepare the labor contracts, update and extend the employee’s contracts accordingly.
• Making sure that all labor contracts are compliance with Vietnamese Labor Code, filed in good orders and always up-dated on time
2/ Ensure the compensation and benefit schemes are applied properly.
• Arrange compulsory insurances (UI, SI, HI) and TMG Care
• Arrange Global Health insurance for foreign employees
• Induction to all new hires on C&B policies
• Coordinate in designing the incentive packages
• Be the point of contact on employee’s salary and benefits
• Advise Manager and employees about regulations related to their compensation and benefits
3/ Monthly payroll and PIT
• Consolidate info from functional managers for the monthly payroll (Incentive, OT, pay rise, other changes)
• Monthly payroll precisely and on time
• PIT registration and finalization for employees
• Salary record update in record file
4/ Market benchmark and survey
• Salary benchmark every 6 months
• Employees survey implementation and report: annually
• Do research and update with the market trends on the benefit package for employees. Advise HR Manager on the changes/adjustment
5/ HR Budget control
• Plan the HR budget
• Keep track of HR budget
6/ HR Report and database
• Monthly HR report update
• Make sure the employee’s staff profiles are updated
