JOB OVERVIEW
- Responsible for managing, operating and developing all activities at the representative office; Complete the sales targets set by the Company.
- Build and develop a relationship to Key dealers, partners; Collect all information about Key dealers, competitors on the market & propose sales activities with Key dealers, partners
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize operations of the representative office to ensure sales goals, service quality and employees management at here.
- Be responsible for the business and financial result at the representative office, make regular and timely reports and comply with the policies, regulations, procedures ... of CFD.
- Be responsible for using, managing, preserving and developing capital and assets assigned by the Company
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for projects; track records, supervise and implement of business projects of the Representative Office and prepare the work as required by Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Co-ordinate sales activities within the assigned territories to further the attainment of sales goals and objectives;
- Review the analysis of sales activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine the business units progress toward stated goals and objectives;
- Prepare reports of sales forecasts, sales analysis, and business transactions and keep appropriate expense accounts;
- Regularly work with business partners to develop the products and increase local business opportunities, support business partners in the process with customers.
- Preparing sales terms and prepare sales contracts for business units obtained;
- Support current channels of sales distribution while keeping open to selective expansion in order to achieve the sales goals and objectives;
- Make sure that customer or business units’ problems are investigated and resolved;
- Deploy the market expansion plan;
- Coordinate with other departments / divisions in HCM office to solve the problem
- Coordinate with Risk Department to monitor and manage collection partners in the region / area that you are in charge of
- Collaborate with the Security Department on the prevention and handling of fraudulent behaviors including working with the goverment to conduct a fraud investigation as request
- Managing and operating staff, selecting, training and coaching for employees. Building a flexible environment, encouraging employees to work hard to achieve high efficiency at work
- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Company.
