JOB OVERVIEW
Head of Platform will play a strategic role in the sales team. This person will be in charge of developing maintaining and managing relationships with key strategic sales partners to achieve short and long-term sales goals of Easy Credit. The primary responsibilities will include maintaining and managing current and developing new business partners to deliver revenue objectives. He will also lead outsourced sales process delivery to ensure it meets the required quality standards and collecting of information about the potential partners, competitors’ activities and make informed suggestions what kind of steps we should follow to improve a company’s profitability and sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and deliver the Digital Platform Acquisition for Easy Credit Strategy, working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders including e-comercial (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee,…) and digital (Zalo, Grab…)platform.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing efforts within the core marketing world
3. Build a ‘best in class’ Digital Channel leadership team through a mixture of external hiring and resources already within EC.
4. Given the rapid evolution of digital at Easy Credit, set a clear local Digital Channel strategy and collaborate closely with local, regional and global teams to drive implementation and operationalization.
5. Building and tightening up relationships with partners of Platform channels to deliver and exceed Easy Credit revenue and growth objectives, proposing action plans to hit revenue targets.
6. Selecting and developing new partners based on market opportunities in various geographical, product, and market verticals
7. Monitoring and liaising with partner’s and internal sales teams to secure smooth delivery of the sales processes
8. Develop, advocate, and execute a digital acquisition strategy that lowers the cost of acquisition across products and geographies, with robust tracking and reporting.
9. Working in conjunction with the other members of the sales team to minimize the conflict and ensure the right sales distribution entities are pursuing the appropriate customers
10. Collectting business intelligence information on competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of accounts and make appropriate proposal to deal with timely
11. Reviewing the analysis of sales activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine the business units progress toward stated goals and objectives;
12. Reporting 3P sales channel sales performance on a regular basis to characterize all revenue deliverables
13. Proposing sales activities, co-promotions and contests and other changes in cooperation terms to improve revenue and profit performance.
14. Adhering to and communicating service and communication/brand strategies, policies and procedures to ensure high standards of sales deliverables
15. Building networked contacts, expanding the breadth and recognition of the company
16. Participating in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager.
