- Check and confirm manifest and document to related departments (Logistics, Operation…).
- Follow up and correct right manifest and document.
- Manage completed processing manifest and document to return customer.
- Tracking feedback after pick-up survey and send to related departments.
- Execute & ensure process of getting feedback/complain from customer.
- Build, maintain and improve system of feedback/complain recording.
- Handle the feedback/complain though inform, tracking & monitoring improvement/corrective actions from waste management process with others functions (Laboratory, Logistics, Cat Lai & Hon Chong Operation, etc.) until the issue is fixed.
- Check the data of cash in and cash out with vendors.
