- Plan, organize & control sales activities in the assigned market to achieve sales targets;
- Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned area.
- Consult/support Line Manager about market initiatives, channel management, micro market business plan (provincial analysis).
- Keep up close relationship with construction companies, contractors and retailers;
- Coordinate with other functional teams (Technical Support, Marketing, Marketing Intelligence) to handle customer’s inquiries, implement trade promotions & organize marketing events.
- Do MCP (Market Coverage Plan) as required to fulfil market visits frequency
