- Comply with or ensure the implementation of all relevant responsibilities defined in HVL policies on environment and ISO 14001 environment manual.

- Responsible and accountable for your own and your work mates health and safety.

- Must comply with all company OH&S policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.

- Ensure the service is in good operation (allocate milk, locker room & keys controlling, documents controlling)

- Ensure all transportation & manage shuttle bus drivers.

- Facilitate/organize disciplinary cases at site.

- Manage finger print system, maintain maintenance contract of finger print system, get finger print of new staff

- Renewal cleaner/canteen/Bus service contracts.

- Maintain all equipment in canteen are in good operation.

- Canteen staff are managed under safety requirements/CSM.

- University degree in business administration or human resource management

- At least 1 years in Administration management.

- English for communication/reporting

- Experience in working with governmental labor related organizations

- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Windows, Network

- Good Communication skills

- Customer orientation
