- Support Customers to plan & prepare for waste pickup (WP, pickup information check list for Logistics, Label preparing, supporting customer to issue manifest)
- Prepare admin task to receive customer at CATL
- Checking quantities at customer’s facilities
- Prepare documents support for the above task (CATL entrance, Delivery Notes…)
- Execute & ensure process of getting feedback/complain from customer
- Build, maintain and improve system of feedback/complain recording
- Handle the feedback/complain though inform, tracking & monitoring improvement/corrective actions from waste management process with oth
- Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDDENV- PR-07
- Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue
