Warehouse Officer ( Kcn Hiệp Phước - Nhà Bè)

* Main duties:
- Control the stocks and movement of spare parts
+ Receive the goods and spare parts in accordance with policy
+ Issue the goods and spare parts in accordance with policy
+ Sell iron scrap in accordance with policy
+ Maintain and take care of spare parts, assets and goods in accordance with policy
+ Physical stock count with interested parties: accountant, auditors…
- Risk and opportunity management
+ List out the obsolete items yearly available in warehouses
+ Analyze and classify the life cycle of spare parts
+ Apply modern technology if practicable in warehouse management
- Support interested parties to demonstrate social responsibility
+ Participate in stock cross – check in inter-sites program
+ Provide training / inductions to new staff, visitors, contractors, end user…
+ Join in volunteer campaign

* Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 01 year of warehouse management in manufacturing field, preferable for building material company
- Understanding and knowledge of mechanical – electrics, SAP and ISO system is preferable
- Statistical and organizational skill
- Forklift / electric hoist operation certificate is preferable
