JOB OVERVIEW
• Be in charge of evaluating and making improvements to Business Processes within any department of the CFD. Ensures the efficiency of business operations, proposes and oversees changes or improvements as needed. Generates documentation of existing processes and improvements, forecasts expected results of process changes, analyzes implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules, processes, procedures or policies as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluates Process Data and Metrics to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management or make needed changes to other aspects of the process.
• Identifies Risks and Issues in Business processes and systems.
• Creates Documentation Outlining Process Improvements to explain changes, writes step-by-step instructions on how to change processes, internal procedures and policies in a way that all those involved in the process can understand.
• Facilitates and manages Improvement Teams and oversees Implementation Processes by working with managers, team members and other employees to critically review, design and redesign current processes for effectiveness, quality and simplification and ensure that the implementation of changes is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
• Oversees update of Departments’ Procedures and Policies to ensure that changes in business processes where properly, effectively and timely inconporated to the Departments’ Procedures and Policies. Ensures that all employees are familiar with relevant procedural changes and oversees the training of staff and creation of documents addressing new procedures and policies.
• Conducts Post implementation analyses to monitor and assess various processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes. Makes sure that all changes to steps in each process as needed to adjust improvements to reflect better results in production, cost reduction, quality, efficiency, time and other targeted outcomes.
• Prepares, maintain and update all Business process reports for Management and other internal customers.
• Sets performance goals/targets (KPI) for the whole Business Process team, and monitors performance of each team member on a continual basis.
