* BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Material Officer in daily operations of the Material division;
- Assist the teaching staff of books, CDs and other materials;
- Report Scheduler on operations of Resource Center (RC)
- Prepare for new class open in the month: register, books, CDs, others;
- Provide Academic services for tests (IELTS, TOEFL, practice tests, make-up tests....);
- Be in charge of registers checking/updating & reporting any issues to AM;
- Do other tasks as required by AM.
* PRINCIPLE DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration and Management
- Support in filing systems for audit
- Library and Teacher Resources
- Organize inventory and code all materials
- Monthly audit tapes and books, audio visual materials
- Support to manage additional teacher resources
- Resource Room and Student Resources
- Organize and manage the Resource Center
- Support to manage the student library
- Student Books Sales
- Support to deliver books for sale under cashier’s order
- Support to receive materials delivered to school
- Organize and access to materials
- Additional Responsibilities
* Support for the following areas:
- Photocopies and Photocopier (test paper, pacing guide, make up test…)
- Stationery
- Equipment
- Assist Academic manager if required.
- Other tasks required by the management
* WORKING TIME:
- Maximum 44 hours shift work a week, timetabled by the immediate manager in consonance with the Admissions requirements. Lunch break 12:00 - 1:30 pm. Outside work-hours required from time-to-time when tasks need to be completed on time.
