Technical - Manager/senior Manager (Sports/knit Wears)

- Build up technical teams with strong product know-how;
- Ensure day-to-day sampling / fitting / technical work progress on track;
- Assure technical teams to follow fit plan & correct development process;
- Conduct training to technicians to enhance their understanding on different accounts technical requirement;
- Allocate manpower among teams to cope with customer fitting calendar;
- Align with customers in technical requirement / standard, including pattern / operations / sub-processing;
- Work with internal departments to assure no technical issues through to production;
- Ensure sampling resources under reasonable utilization.

- Degree/Diploma in garment technology/production/design;
- 10+ years specialize in either Sportswear/Knitwearr;
- Solid experience in garment manufacturing sector, at least 5 years at managerial level;
- With thorough knowledge of front-end development on body fit, balance, pattern, construction, workmanship, aesthetic and with strong styling design interpretation skills;
- Worked closely with buying, design and technical teams on overall expected product presentation;
- Able to approve samples, and set up standards and guidelines;
- Knowledgeable in bulk production quality processes and systems from raw materials inspection, through cutting and bulk execution up to final inspection and shipment with setting standards;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
