Garment Technologist / Technician

- Responsible for garment technical development approval process for concept samples, approval samples and pre-production samples;
- Create tech pack;
- Guide factories on adjusting pattern balance, construction, workmanship to meet customer requirements;
- Write comments, specification and quality requirements to ensure garments conform to product specification & standards in a timely manner;
- Approve paper patterns and graded size charts submitted by suppliers, make necessary adjustments;
- Understand the requirements of the brands, recommend better engineering methods to improve the technical capabilities.
* Working at our client company

- Technical School or above in garment/textiles/fashion
- 5 years above relevant experience
- Less experience can be considered as Garment Technician
- Product knowledge or work experience in Intimate/Lingerie/Swimming wears;
- Strong knowledge of pattern development, grading, garment technical and raw materials;
- Technical competence to do fitting, technical assessment and pattern adjustment;
- Good computer skills;
- Good written & spoken English for Technologist post;
- (Basic English can be accepted for Technician post).
