Production - Manager/senior Manager (Garment/fashion)

- Supervise operations of production lines, monitor production plan and product quality;
- Cost and budget control;
- Deliver KPI assigned by management;
- Execute production system, implement production schedule, ensure smooth production and delivery on time;
- Advise and drive manufacturing excellence to improve the production efficiency and cost effectiveness;
- Responsible for supervision, guidance and provide training to production leaders and staff.

- University degree in garment/textiles/manufacturing engineering
- 10+ years above production experience in which 5 years in managerial level
- 10+ years above production experience in apparel/sport wears/shoes/bags manufacturing
- Experienced in reviewing and monitoring manufacturing and related production costs
- Advanced knowledge and skills of manufacturing engineering/systems from sizable companies
- Good planning, organizing, problem-solving and communication skills
- Computer literacy in MS office and ERP system
- Good written & spoken English
- Self-driven, positive mind, result-oriented
