Maintenance Manager/assistant Manager

- Supervise operations of Maintenance Department to support factory and production operations;
- Responsible for repairing and maintenance of factory E&M facilities and production machines;
- Advise on machine replacement and procurement, and communicate with suppliers;
- Develop inspection manuals, policies, guidelines and standards;
- Safeguard safety policies and standards;
- Execute the preventive and predicative measures for machineries & equipment;
- Execute facility new set-up and improvement projects.
- Support in energy saving projects for cost savings.

- Diploma or University degree in mechanical engineering
- 8 years above relevant experience in manufacturing sector
- 8 years above experience in apparel/sport wears/shoes/bags/soft products manufacturing;
- Experienced in factory E&M facilities, with experience in sewing machine preferable;
- PLC Programming and Execution, Auto Cad drawings
- Good planning, organizing, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Computer literacy in MS office;
- Good written & spoken English;
- Self-driven, detailed mind, hands-on approach
(Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Maintenance Manager)
