Head Of Technical And Development (Intimate Wear)

- Overall responsible for the Technical and Development functions and production activities;
- Lead the functional teams to identify, experiment, recommend and apply the best technologies and methodologies for the maximum benefits to the company and customers.
- Ensure high standards of garment technical knowledge across the teams on product fit, cut, composition, and finish etc.;
- As an expert in garment construction and fit and be able to lead the team in delivering professional advices to both production team and customers.

- Degree/ Diploma in garment technology/production/design;
- 10+years’ experience specialize in Intimate apparel manufacturing, at least 5 years at managerial level of technical department;
- With exceptional knowledge on fabrics, embellishment techniques, cut, and fit, and strong production background;
- Good communication skills with solid experience in direct supervising multi-national teams;
- Fluent spoken and written English.
