- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints from team members and cooperate with Manager to resolve problems.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Decide on reward and promotion based on performance.
- Coaching new employees to improve needed skills.
- Work for increasing the call results to meet the company’s targets as set from time to time.
